When I was in New York last spring I got the opportunity to work with Nylon Japan. We shot Playland for the March issue and it was really astounding to see when I arrived in Tokyo a little later that month. It was probably one of the longest shoots I’ve done (around a 16 hour day) but I barely noticed because the team was so inspiring and incredible to work with! Not to mention I learned to how skateboard in an empty hotel hallway wearing all Chanel. I can finally check that one off the bucket list!

私が昨春ニューヨークにいたとき、Nylon Japanと仕事をする機会がありました。3月発刊のPlaylandの撮影で、東京に着いた直ぐ後、仰天してしまうような内容でした。おそらく今まで経験した撮影で一番長く（約16時間）、チームが信じられないほど素晴らしくやる気を起こさせてくれたので、その時間の経過に気が付かないほどでした。言うまでもなく、シャネルの服をきて、誰もいないホテルの廊下でスケートボードをする方法を学びました。死ぬまでにやりたいことのひとつができた思いです。
